Dance and Role Play Like Michael Jackson


Michael Jackson may be remembered for a long time for his music, antics and exotic dance moves. He was a major star during the 80s, and he still has fans today. Learn to dance like Michael Jackson, who made moonwalking and robotic dance moves popular on dance floors around the world.


Instructions


1. Learn to moonwalk. Start with both feet together, keep your left foot flat and stand on the ball of your right foot. Quickly slide the left foot backwards, raising your heel as it moves back. End by standing on the ball of that foot. Flatten the right foot at the same time the left slides back. Repeat this motion, alternating feet while sliding backwards.


2. Watch Michael Jackson videos to learn the rest of his moves. Play the videos in slow motion, and follow along. Perform your moves in front of a Michael Jackson enthusiast to get criticism on improve.


3. Memorize all of Michael Jackson's hit songs. Works like "Thriller," "Billy Jean" and "P.Y.T." at a bare minimum. Be ready to bust out with any Michael Jackson song when you are in the midst of a presentation.


4. Wear classic Michael Jackson clothing. Choose a red and black "thriller" outfit or go with the standard black shoes, white socks, black pegged leg pants, white shirt, black hat and a glove on one hand.


5. Speak in a high, soft voice. Listen to Michael Jackson talk and practice his intonations and word usage. You often have to turn up the volume to hear him.
