4. Hook your leg around the pole. Put your hand at the same height as your head. Lift your body up and then swing around the pole. Arch your body backwards to really show off your moves.
5. Perform a memorable finale for your amateur night routine. You can do several spins on the pole or wait until the last minute to remove your last piece of clothing. Another dance move you can end with is the Fireman. To do this, you straddle the pole with your legs and slide down.
