There was once a time in which it was acceptable to take Zippo lighters to concerts and wave them back and forth while grooving to the music. Fire bylaws in many municipalities prevent you from using a lighter indoors, but you can almost get the same vibe by using the Virtual Zippo Lighter app for your iPod touch or iPhone. Like the real thing, you can open the cover and flick to light it. There are two ways you can extinguish the flame.
Instructions
1. Place your finger on the cover of the Zippo lighter and drag your finger so that you close the cover over the flame. The flame will extinguish. If you wish to blow out the flame more vigorously, proceed to Step 2.
2. Grip the iPod touch firmly in your hand, ensuring you have a strong grip on the device.
3. Shake the iPod touch quickly in a jerking movement, making sure to move from left to right to allow the Zippo cover to swing back into the closed position, extinguishing the flame.
