Instructions
1. Choose a long, big blonde wig. Spray and tease the ends so that you have nice big hair! It's an important part of the "Dolly" look.
2. Do your make-up. Wear a bright, red lipstick. Think "more is more" when it comes to your eye make-up. Look like the diva you are portraying.
3. Put on a padded bra. You will need this in order to have an authentic-looking costume.
4. Put on a form fitting red shirt. You should show off "her" assets in a classy way! It isn't low-cut, but it is form fitting.
5. Put on a short skirt. This should match the red shirt, but it can be in the color of your choice.
6. Put on panty hose and red high heels. You want to get the whole look all together now.
7. Have your nails done, or do them yourself. They should be long and red. Fake nails are probably your best bet with this costume unless you've been growing yours for a long time.
